The following Code of Conduct constitutes the binding foundation for responsible and ethical conduct within our organization. It applies equally to all employees - regardless of their position or type of employment - as well as to all managers, external contractors, service providers, clearing members, and cooperation partners acting on our behalf.

We expect all of the above-mentioned individuals and entities to fully comply with the principles and rules of conduct set out herein in the course of their professional activities. Consistent adherence to these standards is an essential part of our corporate culture and a prerequisite for maintaining trusted relationships both within our organization and with external stakeholders.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are always committed to acting in the best interests of our clearing members and their clients. Accordingly, we place particular emphasis on the prevention, identification, and resolution of potential conflicts of interest. This Code of Conduct contains comprehensive provisions in this regard.
