Change in the Management of CCP Austria

Mrs. Kalina Jarova Müller has been appointed as new Managing Director of CCP Austria Abwicklungsstelle für Börsengeschäfte GmbH as of May 1, 2019.

The appointment takes place following to the decision of Mr. Tomáš Lněnička to resign from CCP Austria’s management and to focus on his function as Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CEO at CSD Prague.

Mrs. Kalina Jarova Müller has been working at CCP Austria as authorized officer since the company’s establishment in 2004 and as Chief Risk Officer since 2013 and thus, she has gained profound knowledge of capital markets and CCP risk management. Mrs. Jarova Müller succeeds as second managing director of CCP Austria alongside Mr. Wolfgang Aubrunner. Furthermore, she will continue to assume the role of CCP.A’s Chief Risk Officer in the future.
