DECISION
The management of CCP.A decides to terminate the settlement agreement with Anglo Austrian AAB AG in accordance with Section 20 (1) lit. a of the General Terms and Conditions with immediate effect after bankruptcy proceedings (GZ: 5 S 5 S 29/20d) have been opened at Vienna Commercial Court.
